IIRF is happy to announce the launch of its much awaited vertical on Indian Knowledge System . This Portal will be officially launched under the name VEDA JNANA GANGA on 22 March 2023. The day is celebrated as a New year day as per the Hindu Calendar in some parts of the country , mainly South as Ugadi and Gudi Padva in Maharashtra. Considering that we are promoting Ancient Indian Knowledge systems it is an auspicious day.

Introduction

To access the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) library please visit our knowledge partner Shiksha Foundation portal by pressing this link. You will find the essence and easy understanding of ‘Sanatan Dharma’ and collection of all the authentic English translations of all relevant Indian ancient literature at one place.

VEDA JNANA GANGA ( INDIAN KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM)

India is a repository of the ancient traditional knowledge system which forms the foundation of our durable and robust society. It is the longest practicing civilization that has survived for ages the onslaught of scores of cultural invasions. In spite of cultural assault by anti-India forces our rich knowledge continues to endure. The last two hundred years has seen a perceptible decline in our traditional teachings and practices. The Western education system has dominated our society resulting in erosion of our cultural and social values. Last few generations have virtually been cut off from our ancient knowledge treasure and traditional education. Our recent generations particularly the youth are alien to Indian culture and have either forgotten the rich heritage or not exposed to it.
Fortunately, the last decade has seen some signs of revival of our rich legacy, thanks to many selfless NGOs who have taken upon themselves to promote our culture along with Sanskrit , the soul of Indian culture and traditions. Thousands of volunteers and organizations have been working round the clock to bring back the rich knowledge to the masses. There is a growing desire among the present generation to learn about our rich past. Technology today provides many platforms to aspirants to acquire the knowledge they have missed out all these years.
There is enough content available in our repository that can be disseminated through the electronic media and the internet. However there is a need to share this knowledge worldwide through user-friendly tools  on the net. This will help everyone especially the younger generation to learn about Indian culture , traditions and our ancient language. The impact of this revolution will be seen in the next few years.
To take this initiative forward, VEDA JNANA GANGA an organ of INDUS INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH FOUNDATION ( IIRF )*, is starting a vertical portal which will have information about ancient Indian Knowledge System.

The portal will contain information about ancient literature , traditional knowledge , philosophies and sciences. The platform will cater to the beginners , the inquisitive and those interested in advanced knowledge. In short it will be a one-stop Center for those who want to know anything and everything about ancient Indian wisdom. This not restricted to India alone but has a Universal appeal.

VISION
India which once enjoyed the status of a Vishwa Guru, in recent times has seen the decline of a glorious civilization. Today the world is witnessing strife and violence causing suffering to mankind.
The Vaidic tradition always espoused the cause of oneness of the world as “one big family”. It is this philosophy that can bring peace in the universe for the benefit of all. BGS can offer the world, the knowledge of ancient wisdom , its philosophies for a better world order.

VJG also endeavours to prepare India in facing the challenges of the 21st century as a knowledge and spiritual power to contribute its bit to the common good of humanity.

We believe in the Indian wisdom contained in Vedas that says –

Om Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah
Sarve Santu Niraamayaah |
Sarve Bhadraanni Pashyantu
Maa Kashcid-Duhkha-Bhaag-Bhavet |
Om Shaantih Shaantih Shaantih ||

Meaning

1: Om, May All be Happy,
2: May All be Free from Illness.
3: May All See what is Auspicious,
4: May no one Suffer.
5: Om Peace, Peace, Peace.

IIRF is an independent Indian Think Tank

The vertical is supported by an expert team.
