Indus International Research Foundation and the Centre for Joint Warfare Studies signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 17 November 2023. Air Cmde Sandeep Johri, Vice President IIRF and LT Gen Sunil Srivastava, AVSM, VSM, Director CENJOWS signed the MoU.
The MoU intends to collaborate on research, publications, events and other activities. One intention is to extend the reach of CENJOWS outside of the National Capital Region.
The MoU was signed in the presence of Gp Capt Raj Shekhar Mehta, SC Secretary of IIRF, and AVM Sanjay Bhatnagar, VM, VSM of CENJOWS.
Commenting on the signing, Lt Gen Srivastava said:
CENJOWS is delighted to sign an MoU with an emerging national and global think tank. IIRF has in a short span of time made a mark in the strategic space. CENJOWS looks forward to joint activities and publications.

IIRF is privileged to sign an MoU with CENJOWS, the official think tank of HQ IDS. This will lead to greater collaboration on a wide arena of topics. IIRF with it’s wide geographic presence hopes to give a larger platform to CENJOWS. This MoU is likely to usher the two organization in better knowledge sharing , knowledge exchange and many joint intellectual national and international ventures and projects.
