IIRF completes two years of its formation today. On the occasion of its third anniversary I wish you all my best wishes. Last two years have been a mixed bag of hopes and challenges. Despite pandemic which impeded our initial growth we have remained relevant and kept ourselves in the reckoning.
We have been able to achieve modest successes like complete makeover of our website, conducting webinars and providing a robust platform for researchers and scholars to publish their views. Some of us have also authored and edited few books. But we still have a long way to go.
The second half of 2022 has been witness to a few significant developments. Our website went through a major makeover and today in its new Avtar looks trendy. Secondly on 26 September IIRF opened its first overseas Chapter at Dallas , Texas in the USA. This was a historic event where a few highly motivated NRIs came together to support the objectives of IIRF and decided to open an office. It was a well attended event and I was honoured to be part of the function. Going by the successful launch , I can confidently vouch that IIRF Americas has a highly accomplished Team full of talent, passion and promise.
We also managed to get funding for our first YEAR BOOK which is all set for release shortly. This was a shot in the arm for IIRF. The book is a fine collection of researched articles by scholars and experts in their fields reflecting the current global scenario and providing a peep into the future that is likely to impact peoples and societies around world. I thank all the authors for their articles and the IIRF Editorial team for doing an outstanding job in editing and giving final shape to the book. My special thanks to all our esteemed contributors who have been regularly enriching our website with their articles without expectations, honorarium or recognition. We will work for the day when their services will be duly honoured.
I am equally grateful to all our patrons and advisors who have given their precious time and unhesitatingly offered their advice and suggestions. I look forward to their continued support. Finally I thank all the members and followers of our website for their regular partnership. But for your support we would not be here.
The last but not the least , special thanks to Team Indus for their devotion and commitment. We are fortunate to have a very talented and dedicated team. In an organisation bereft of workforce the entire responsibility is borne by the members who have given their time and resources without any rewards or returns. I am confident that their hardwork will pay off some day. Help us in expanding our reach through your network.
The year 2023 for IIRF promises to be full of hope and holds a bright future. We are bracing up for new challenges. We propose to carry out some restructuring and bring in few changes in our working. I am sanguine that together we will continue to strive and serve the nation and societies. I request you all to share this message with all your friends and social networking sites.
