I write to express my great appreciation for the form, content, and organisation of the Seminar held by the IIRF yesterday, which I had the pleasure of attending.
The speakers were well chosen and each one excelled in the topic that was covered by him, thereby making for an informative and interesting conference that gave us an overview of the entire maritime scenario from an Indian perspective.
I regret that due to a last-minute technical glitch I was unable to participate as I had been invited to do; but hasten to add that my absence was more than adequately filled by Adm Muralidharan.
