RESEARCH EXPERIENCE

  • Research Intern (June 2012-August 2012):

Work on Research project with ‘Consumers India’. It was based upon studying upon the grievances related to government services. We covered 3 services, ‘SC/ST certificate, Birth/Death certificate and Ration card’. This was a team work where the team of 3 was headed by me. We visited different government offices in the Delhi and questioned and sought guidance from various consumers about their daily grievances they face in getting the service deliveries. All this was done under the guidance of Dr. Virmani, who was the then consumer officer in-charge at the Indian Institute of Public Administration.

  • Research Intern (February 2014-March 2014):

Gyanodhya (a project initiative of Delhi University for conducting research for undergraduates ).

have had a research based upon studying the civic amenities of Kanpur and Surat and thereby comparing them. It was a tour study, we travelled various cities and collected data from general public and compared it in the last. The results were highly appreciated at the University level.
